Now in it’s 3rd year, Furniture By Design welcomed clients and participants from the Interior Design industry to participate in a hands on making experience to support Women’s Community Shelters.

The experience of sewing, cutting and upholstering ottomans and scatter cushions provides participants with and insight into how these products are made and offers a unique chance to see a local working factory.

Women’s Community Shelters work with communities to provide short term emergency accommodation and support in a safe environment that enables homeless women to rebuild self-esteem and achieve control and fulfilment of their lives.

We are proud to be part of this initiative and finding these beautiful ottos and cushions to a worthy home.
